The Striker Gen.3 Boonie Hat is built for hot-weather head protection, using NyCo Extreme ripstop that is tear-resistant, fast-drying and meets No-Melt/No-Drip requirements. An air/pac padding system and front/rear mesh vents keep air moving and shield against direct sun, a wire-reinforced brim adjusts for shade and clear sightlines, and an adjustable drawcord with three fit levels plus foliage loops add security and concealment.

Low-profile design keeps the hat unobtrusive and easy to wear in the field.
Ventilation openings with mosquito mesh help improve airflow while keeping insects out.
Adjustable brim with reinforced wire allows the front and back brim shape to be configured as needed.
Loops for additional camouflage material help adapt the hat to the surrounding environment.
Adjustable cord system allows cord length adjustment and three wear positions.
Hook-and-loop areas allow for attaching unit and IR insignia.
Internal document compartment provides storage for small flat essentials.
