By accessing or using the Your Brand website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on this site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Body armor sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing, you certify that you are not prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing body armor. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including without limitation suspected fraud, inaccurate product or pricing information, or inability to verify eligibility.

Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of order placement. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is collected where applicable.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Your Brand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our return policy is described in full on our FAQ page. Body armor that has been worn, modified, or compromised may not be returned for safety reasons. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to violate any person's rights, or to facilitate violence or illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any violation of these terms.

Our products are sold "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects beyond those covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Body armor is designed to reduce injury risk; it does not guarantee protection in all circumstances. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for use, care, and replacement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Brand and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
